Safiyah started the team off with a first and another PB in her 25m Breaststroke. Owen, George Hatwood, Leon and Carson had a very strong relay team and won both their medley relay and their Freestyle relay and they knocked 3 seconds off their original time in both events.

Overall we had 28PBs in this round which is amazing.

A different pool bought new challengers many of the swimmers had not competed at Corby before and that brought a few nerves and excitement, quite a few liked to see the floor rising. It was great that we could dive again in the relays and that really bought some welcome PBs the largest PB was done by Elizabeth, Megan, Safiyah and Jasmin.

I know I have mentioned this race and I know I have mentioned the cheering but it was really supportive and it really made the swimmers swim even faster, in round 1 they did the Cannon in 2:19.25 in round 2 due to no diving in the shallow end they swam it in 2:24.35 in the final round they swam it in 2:17.93.

Great effort team!!!
